unit (cm, V/cm, cm/s ) for position, Electric field and velocity
dVfile format is
N X1 E1 vel_1 X2 E2 vel_2 X3 E3 vel_3 X4 E4 vel_4 .... For example, MC runs 20nm. from 0 to 20nm, DDCC's channel region is 21.0nm to 41nm. So the command is $usedvprofile dvMCfilename 21.0e-7 41.0e-7 21.0e-7
dvMCfilename file's content is
201 0.0e-7 100.0 1.0e6 0.1e-7 100.0 1.2e6 0.2e-7 ... ... 20.0e-7
