$schottkyba is the command to setup gate's Schottky barrier. This command is referred to Ec, so it is stictly defined as ${\varphi }_B={\varphi }_m-{\chi }_s$

${\varphi }_m$ is the metal work function 

${\chi }_s$ is the electron affinity of electrons

${\varphi }_B$ is the Schottky barrier, unit is in eV.
