$fixedsurftype

$fixedsurftype is coming after $fixedsurface. The format is :

$fixedsurftype
type_surface_1

type_surface_N  

The default type is 0

Type 0 :　Fixed point in x y z 
type 1 :  Fixed point in x direction
type 2 :  Fixed point in y direction
type 3 :  Fixed point in z direction
type 12 :  Fixed point in xy direction
type 13 :  Fixed point in xz direction
type 23 :  Fixed point in yz direction
