• Correction after selecting different basis. Delay the phase of basis2 to satisfy the calculation formula of basis1.
• Is store as phase_shift in the fortran code.

The example is from PEBB84. The first and third number are for 0 and pi phase. The second and fourth number are for pi/2 and 3*pi/2 phase, need pi/2 shift to become 0 and pi.
