$RCWAperiod

$RCWAperiod required setting tag the period of the structure which users want to know. This number needs to be set in the beginning of input file.

The $RCWAperiod setting in GUI interface is here
1. Press RCWA and set up the general structure.
2. Check the box for Use RCWA (Rigorous coupled-wave analysis).
3. Press set RCWA simulation width.
4. Fill in the field for Width (nm) as needed!
