Format

This defines the total number of nodes in x, y, and z directions. Note that this function is not include the layer of PML. As a result, the total number of nodes in simulation may NOT be \begin{smallmatrix}{N_x \times N_y\times N_z}\end{smallmatrix}.

Thus, there is 201 nodes in x direction, so as the number of nodes are in y and z direction.
