If you use the command $negfifscattering and the second term is 2, then use the command $negfintervalleyopticalphonon to setup the related parameters of intervalley optical phonon scattering(the g-type and f-type) of Si.
The equation of nonpolar optical phonon scattering(deformation potential scattering):

W_{op}^{ab}(k)=\frac{\pi D_{op}^{2}}{\rho\omega_{0}}[n(\omega_{0})]I_{if}N_{1D}(E_{k}+\hbar\omega_{0})
W_{op}^{em}(k)=\frac{\pi D_{op}^{2}}{\rho\omega_{0}}[n(\omega_{0})+1]I_{if}N_{1D}(E_{k}-\hbar\omega_{0})
