$negfsurfaceroughness is the command to setup the related parameters of surface roughness scattering.
The equation of surface roughness scattering:

W_{sr}(k)=\frac{2\pi}{\hbar}\{\frac{2U_{0}I_{if}f(\Delta)\sin[(k_{i}-k_{f})]\frac{\lambda}{2}}{k_{i}-k_{f}}\}^{2}\frac{N_{1D}(E_{k})}{\sigma}
