$negfsurfaceroughness is the command to setup the related parameters of surface roughness scattering. You can also use this function and set the parameter with our GUI version at the input box of "Scattering Parameters" in GUI
The equation of surface roughness scattering:

W_{sr}(k)=\frac{2\pi}{\hbar}\{\frac{2U_{0}I_{if}f(\Delta)\sin[(k_{i}-k_{f})]\frac{\lambda}{2}}{k_{i}-k_{f}}\}^{2}\frac{N_{1D}(E_{k})}{\sigma}
$negfsurfaceroughness
\lambda (correlation length) U_{0} (bandgap difference)
