Setting for traps (2D).
Format
$traps Et degeneracy te th Et degeneracy te th ... Et degeneracy te th
Parameter Explanation
- : trap density. (negative sign as electron trap and poisitive sign as hole trap)
- Et : depth of trap related to Ec. . If it is 1.1eV below Ec, then type 1.1
- degeneracy : degeneracy of traps, we usually set as 1.
- te : nonradiative lifetime of electrons.
- th : nonradiative lifetime of holes.
