Parameter Explanation


  • V_g : Applied Voltage. (V)
  • IQE : Internal quantum efficiency.
  • Error : Convergence of this biasing point. Should be less than 1.e-4 at least.
  • J_{left} :Current flows in/out at left side. (Acm^{-2})
  • J_{right} : Current flows in/out at right side.(Acm^{-2})
  • J_{e_{tunnel}} : Tunneling current (go with $calltunnel).(Acm^{-2})
  • J_{h_{tunnel}} : Hole tunneling current.(Acm^{-2})
  • J_{n_{left}} : Electron current flow into the left contact.(Acm^{-2})
