$Ec_{n}$ is the electron wave function of $n_{th}$ state
$Ev_{m}$ is the hole wave function of $m_{th}$ state
Efn is the average electron Fermi level
Efv is the average electron Fermi level

$| Y \rangle$  The ratio of the original y state  (c-plane) 
$| Z \rangle$   The ratio of the original Z state  (c-plane)
