Parameter Explanation

  • Lamda : The same of the input file $lamda2. (nm)
  • TopDBR_R : Reflection of the top dbrs.
  • BottomDBR_R : Reflection of the bottom dbrs.
  • Q-factor : The Q-factor of the device from different lamdas.
  • Peakvalue : the value of the electric field at the source layer. (Vm^{-1})
