• $TopDBRR$ : Reflection of the top dbrs.

• $BottomDBRR$ : Reflection of the bottom dbrs.

• $Q-factor$ : The Q-factor of the device from different lamdas.

• $Peakvalue$ : the value of the electric field at the source layer. $(V*cm^{-3})$
