• .time_ion is file to output the distribution of ion. The format is as follow

 $x~ y ~ Ec ~ N_{ion,1} ~~ N_{ion,2} ~~ N_{ion,3} ....$ 
 $x~ y ~ Ec ~ N_{ion,1} ~~ N_{ion,2} ~~ N_{ion,3} ....$ 
 $x~ y ~ Ec ~ N_{ion,1} ~~ N_{ion,2} ~~ N_{ion,3} ....$ 
 $x~ y ~ Ec ~ N_{ion,1} ~~ N_{ion,2} ~~ N_{ion,3} ....$ 
 $x~ y ~ Ec ~ N_{ion,1} ~~ N_{ion,2} ~~ N_{ion,3} ....$ 

x and y is the node's position
N is the ion density
$N_{ion,3}$ is the ion charge density. + is for positive ion, - is for negative ion. 

If you calculated 4 type of ions, then 4-7 column is the density of 4 types of ions.
