Parameter Explanation

• $n_{x_{1}}$ :　carrier density of $1^{st}$ position
• $n_{x_{2}}$ :　carrier density of $2^{rd}$ position
• $n_{x_{3}}$ :　carrier density of $3^{nd}$ position
