Nitride-based high-power and high-frequency HEMTs: We are focusing on device modeling of AlGaN HFETs, which are applied in high-power and high-frequency areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

II-VI and III-V wide bandgap optoelectronic devices: Device modeling of quantum well\/dot light-emitting diodes, Analysis of carrier transport, emission, and absorption properties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carrier transport in organic\/inorganic hybrid structures, including solar cells and OLEDs <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2D Materials device modeling, including Graphene, MoS2, WS2, and Janus materials, etc… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

LAB developed Numerical Modeling tools:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

(2D-DDCC) Two-Dimensional, Poisson, Drift-diffusion, Schrodinger, and thermal Solver & Ray Tracing Method: This solver can solve the two-dimensional Poisson, drift-diffusion, and thermal equations self-consistently.
