$DOEreftoEc is a function to make the Et of DOE aligned to conduction band or valence band. By default, it is aligned to conduction band. 
But if landscape solver is applied, the older version will align the Et to <math>1/u_{e} </math>. This command will force it to align with conduction band or valence band
