$bottom_efnp is a command to set up the boundary condition for electron and hole fermi level. usually bottom voltage is set as zero or goes with bias of bottom voltage. But user can still manually define the fermi level positions. <br>

For example: <br>

 $bottom_efnp
 2.000 3.000

This commands set the electron and hole fermi levels at the bottom contact (right contact) to be 2.0eV and 3.0eV
