檢視 $ifuseconstvb 的原始碼

$ifuseconstvb is the command to set up a fixed Schottky barrier. Usually the drain and source barrier is decided by the doping to form a Ohmic contact. However, sometime it is not ohmic contact or it is Schottky barrier. So the program can use this command to setup the Schottky barrier. The format is 

 $ifuseconstvb
 SB_drain  SB_source  SB_base  SB_vref
