Format
$CellNumber Nx Ny Nz // where Nx, Ny, Nz are integers.
This defines the total number of nodes in x, y, and z directions. Note that this function is not include the layer of PML. As a result, the total number of nodes in simulation may NOT be .
Example
$CellNumber 201 201 201
Thus, there is 201 nodes in x direction, so as the number of nodes are in y and z direction.
