Format:
$PBCpoint_y yleft yright
Example:
$PBCpoint_y 0 3e-06
yleft is the left y point for periodic boundary condition.
yright is the right y point.
yleft and xright usually correspond to the mesh boundary.
the mesh should be compile with PBC file, if you need to use PBC.
