$negfintervalleyopticalphonon is the command to setup the related parameters of intervally optical phonon scattering.<br>
If you use the command $negfifscattering and the second term is 2, then use the command $negfintervalleyopticalphonon to setup the related parameters of intervalley optical phonon scattering(the g-type and f-type) of Si.<br>
