Format
$CPML_m mx- mx+ my- my+ mz- mz+ // all are floating points.

The parameters represent the initial CPML face at x-axis, the final CPML face at x-axis, the initial CPML face at y-axis, the final CPML face at y-axis, the initial CPML face at z-axis, and the final CPML face at z-axis, respectively.
All the default values are 3.0.
