$IonMovewithPoisson is the command going with the command of $Withionmove. If user plays with $Withionmove, The program will only calculate the ion distribution after Poisson and dd are solved. The electric field needed by the drift term is provided from the converged Poisson-dd solver. However. The program will not solve with the Poisson and DD when it runs the ion move solver.
However, with $IonMovewithPoisson, the program will couple back to Poisson and DD solver. It will put the sum total ion charges in each position into the impurity terms. The sum will be output to the fet file in the column of impurity.
