  • .time_ion is file to output the distribution of ion. The format is as follow

 xyNion,1Nion,2Nion,3.... 
x and y is the node's position
N is the ion density
Nion,3 is the ion charge density. + is for positive ion, - is for negative ion. 

If you calculated 4 type of ions, then 3-6 column is the density of 4 types of ions.
