$solveRE is a command to solve the multimode rate equation. The format is
$solveRE rateNum1 tnum dwavefreq_num addREparint(1) ... addREparint(rateNum1) rateNum2 ratedt cavW cavH wavelen_center addREparReal(1) ... addREparReal(rateNum2)
rateNum1 and rateNum2 is prepared for the future if some input parameter is needed, so it can set 0 for now.
Example:
$solveRE 0 10000001 10 0 1.0e-12 10.0e-6 6.0e-9 1060.0e-9
