This function is to define the range in y-direction when considering the field dependent mobility.
Format
$yend yleft yright
Parameter Explanation
- yleft : The start point to consider the field dependent mobility.
- yright : The end point to consider the field dependent mobility.

$yend 525.622e-04 525.0e-04
