landscape1d solve the landscape equation after poisson and dd get converged. If we want to solve the poisson-dd landscape self-consistently we need to add another command landscapedos . For example landscape1d this only solve the landscape potential 1 u after poisson and dd converged. If we set the command as for example landscape1d landscapedos the program will solve poisson dd and landscape self-consistently.

LandscapeDOS solve the landscape equation after poisson and drift-diffusion equation get converged. If we want to solve the poisson and drift-diffusion landscape self-consistently we need to add another command $landscape1D.

Example

$landscape1D

This only solve the landscape potential 1/u after poisson and drift-diffusion converged. If we set the command as

$landscape1D
$landscapeDOS

The program will solve poisson drift-diffusion and landscape self-consistently.

The $landscapeDOS setting for 1D-DDCC in GUI interface

1.Press the Schrodinger Eigen Solver.
2.Press Self-consistent.
