For the thermal solver, the major heat source is the EJ. However, if we consider the nonradiative recombination as the heat source, we need to use the command of $usenonRAugRasheat to activate this function.


The $usenonRAugRasheat setting in GUI interface is here
We can activate this function by checking the box!
