$activateStimEL is a command used to enable the calculation of stimulate Emission.

The stimulate emission coefficient is calculated by:

B_{stim} = B_{0} \times \beta \times \frac{R_{rad}}{R_{th}-R_{rad}}
R_{stim} = B_{stim} \times n \times p 
 B_{0}:  is the radiative recombination coefficient
 R_{th}: is the threshold recombination rate
 R_{rad}:  is the spontaneous radiative recombination rates decided by   B_{0}\times n \times p 
 \beta:  is the fitting coefficient. 

The way to activate the command is as following

$activateStimEL
Method QW_number 1st_QW_layerNum 2nd_QW_layerNum 3rd_QW_layerNum ...
 \beta_{1}~~  R_{th,1}  ~~ P3_1~~ P4_1
 \beta_{2}~~  R_{th,2}  ~~ P3_2~~ P4_2
 \beta_{3}~~  R_{th,3}  ~~ P3_3~~ P4_3
 \beta_{4}~~  R_{th,4}  ~~ P3_4~~ P4_4
 \beta_{5}~~  R_{th,5}  ~~ P3_5~~ P4_5

The $activateStimEL setting in GUI interface is here
1. After setting up the general structure, press Additional Function.
2. Check the box for Stimulate emission setting and fill in these fields as needed!
