explanation of parameters
- L : length of this layer. (Unit Å)
- Eg : bandgap of this layer. (Unit eV)
- bandoffset : ΔEc/ΔEg
- ε : relative permittivity of this layer. (Unit ε0)
- me_ver : vertical effective mass of electron. (Unit m0)
- me_par : parallel effective mass of electron. (Unit m0)
- mh_hh : heavy hole effective mass of hole. (Unit m0)
- mh_lh : light hole effective mass of hole. (Unit m0)
- mue : the electron mobility. (Unit cm^2 V^-1 s^-1)
- muh : the hole mobility. (Unit cm^2 V^-1 s^-1)
