Format

$CPML_max_kapa
 κx-    κx+    κy-    κy+    κz-    κz+                // all are floating points.

See p.292 Eq.7.60, kapa >= 1.
The parameters represent the initial CPML face at x-axis, the final CPML face at x-axis, the initial CPML face at y-axis, the final CPML face at y-axis, the initial CPML face at z-axis, the final CPML face at z-axis.

All the default values are 1.1.
