$Thermalcoe is the command to setup the thermal related coefficients. The command is as following

If we have N volumes, the input format would be  
$Thermalcoe
Volume_num_1  kappa_1  heat_source
Volume_num_2  kappa_2  heat_source
...

...

 Volume_num_N  kappa_N  heat_source
 Volume_num  Mesh volume number
 kappa thermal conductive coefficient, unit cgs   W/(cm^{2} \cdot K)
 heat_source: heat source, the unit is   Joul/s/cm^{3}  or W/cm^{3}
