$Call1DRCWA required setting tag the layer number of the device. This layer number needs to be set in the beginning of input file. Most parameters setting has the same layer number as this. Except the doping setting and the background setting. <br />
$Call1DRCWA required a input file. It can solve the reflection of DBRs,the electric field of the device,the Q-factor from different lamdas and the value of the electric field at the source layer.<br />
