For two different materials,the \Delta Ec =  offset_{ratio}\times (Eg_{A}-Eg_{B} ) . It will be changed to \Delta Ec = ( \chi_{A}-\chi_{B}) Using the affinity can overcome the program where two materials have the same bandgap but different electron affinity.
