To set up the schottky barrier of the base contact.
Example
$addbaseSB 0.4
This means that we force the base contact Schotkky barrier to be 0.4eV
The $addbaseSB setting in GUI interface is here
Press Contact Setting, check the box, and fill in the field as needed!
