$initialanglerange is deciding the photon emission angle. The scale is from 0 to $2 π$ .

$initialanglerange
 $θ_{s t a r t}$    $θ_{e n d}$

The initial photon emission angle range is decided by

 $v_{x} = s i n (θ)$   
 $v_{y} = c o s (θ)$

And theta is within $θ_{s t a r t} < θ < θ_{e n d}$
