Format

$CPML_ma
 max-    max+    may-    may+    maz-    maz+                // all are floating points.

Refer to p.297 Eq. 7.79.
The parameters represent the initial CPML face at x-axis, the final CPML face at x-axis, the initial CPML face at y-axis, the final CPML face at y-axis, the initial CPML face at z-axis, the final CPML face at z-axis.

All the default values are 1.0.
