This defines the total number of nodes in x, y, and z directions. Note that this function is not include the layer of PML. As a result, the total number of nodes in simulation may NOT be $\begin{matrix} N_{x} \times N_{y} \times N_{z} \end{matrix}$ .

Thus, without PML, there is 201 nodes in x direction, so as the number of nodes are in y and z direction.
