$schottkyba is the command to setup gate's Schottky barrier. This command is referred to Ec, so it is stictly defined as $ϕ_{B} = ϕ_{m} - χ_{s}$

 $ϕ_{m}$  is the metal work function 

 $χ_{s}$  is the electron affinity of electrons

  $ϕ_{B}$

$ϕ_{B}$ is the Schottky barrier, unit is in eV.
