Format
Normal format:
x1 y1 z1 x2 y2 z2 x3 y3 z3 . . . . . . . . . xi yi zi . . . . . . . . . xN yN zN
where N is the number of nodes.
Format for VTK structure grids:
x1 . . . xi . . . xNx y1 . . . yi . . . yNy z1 . . . zi . . . zNz
where Nx, Ny, and Nz are the number of nodes in x, y, and z directions.
