Parameter Explanation
- L : length of this layer.
- Eg : bandgap of this layer.
- bandoffset : ΔEc/ΔEg
- ε : relative permittivity of this layer.
- me_ver : vertical effective mass of electron.
- me_par : parallel effective mass of electron.
- mh_hh : heavy hole effective mass of hole.
- mh_lh : light hole effective mass of hole.
- mue : the electron mobility.
- muh : the hole mobility.
- te : lifetime of electron.
- th : lifetime of hole.
