$contact can determine what is type of contact in your setting. This function should be use with $xd.
Format
$contact type_contact1 type_contact2 ... type_contactn
Parameter explanation
- type : 21 is Gate, 3 is source, 4 is drain. 99 is for fix thermal boundary, 98 is thermal diffusive boundary
Example
$contact 3 21 4

This function should be used with $xd.
21 is the gate contact. It comes with the setting of Schottky barrier setting $Schottky and gate bias setting $gatebias.
