Function to assign the related information of each layer's refractive index and absorption coefficient(cm^-1).

Format 

$parameters
n_{r} \alpha

Parameter Explanation 

n_{r}: Refractive index of the light.
\alpha: absorption coefficient of the light.   (unit  cm^{-1} )
