Format

$CPML_ratio_maxsigma
 x-x+y-y+z-z+                // all are floating points.

Refer to p.315-316.
The parameters represent the initial CPML face at x-axis, the final CPML face at x-axis, the initial CPML face at y-axis, the final CPML face at y-axis, the initial CPML face at z-axis, the final CPML face at z-axis.

All the default values are 1.0.
