$negfacousticphonon is the command to setup the related parameters of acoustic phonon scattering.
The equation of acoustic phonon scattering:

 $W_{a c} (k) = \frac{2 π k_{B} T}{ℏ ρ ν_{a c}^{2}} D_{a c} I_{i f} N_{1 D} (E_{k})$

Example:
