Format
the(1) phi(1) RCS(1,1) RCS(1,2) ... RCS(1,Nf) the(2) phi(2) RCS(2,1) RCS(2,2) ... RCS(2,Nf) . . . . ... . . . . . ... . . . . . ... . the(N) phi(N) RCS(N,1) RCS(N,2) ... RCS(1,Nf) // all are floating points.
the(i) : the value of theta in ith angle.
phi(i) : the value of phi in ith angle.
RCS(i,j) : the value of radar cross section in ith angle and jth frequency or wavelength.
Nf : the number of frequency calculated in NTFF transformation.
N : the total number of angle calculated in the space.
