Format
Nθ Nφ Nf Typef f(1) f(2) . . . f(Nf) // Nθ, Nφ, Nf, and Typef are integers, the others are floating-points.
This file shows the basic information in *.rcs file:
Nθ : the number of θ.
Nφ : the number of φ.
Nf : the number of frequencies or wavelengths.
Typef : f(1) .... f(Nf) are frequencies or wavelengths.
f(i) : the value of frequency or wavelength in i-th column.
