$usecylindricalrz  is a command to solve the 2D problem in cylindrical coordinate, where r and z is solved. The structure is assumed to cylindrical symmetric where the answer is the same through the whole <math>$\theta$</math>
$usecylindricalrz  is a command to solve the 2D problem in cylindrical coordinate, where r (original x) and z (original y) is solved. The structure is assumed to cylindrical symmetric where the answer is the same through the whole <math>\theta</math>.

When the cylindrical coordinates are called, the simulation would become quasi 3D structure where the current unit would become A instead of A/cm in 2D. The sum of radiative recombination, nonradiative recombination, etc... will be the unit of 1/s instead of 1/s/cm.

Hence all output of summarized quantities will become unit similar to 3D.

$usecylindricalrz is a command to solve the 2D problem in cylindrical coordinate, where r (original x) and z (original y) is solved. The structure is assumed to cylindrical symmetric where the answer is the same through the whole θ.
